A germ of complex and diverse feelings for the city took root in the artist’s mind during his long dwelling in Baltimore city for 865 days. None of accurate words or specific images, in artist’s eyes, can give all the fantastic details of his impression on the city, like the real objective existence not exposed by a simple frame of an image. In memory of the city where the artist lived as well as the time and space he had undergone, this work depicts the city by stacking and collage. Memory seems washed river bank as time elapses, possibly inaccurate, but the artist remains committed to restoring his original experience.
